Historic house renovated into boutique 4/5 pers

This unique architect house offers is located in a calm and historical hamlet in Perigord. It was a watchtower in the Middle Ages, renovated with the comfort of our time, with quality materials chosen and in a design spirit. It is classified 3 stars. It is suitable for people with reduced mobility (not wheelchairs). It offers fabulous outdoor areas, a large garden and a terrace under vegetable roof. It is ideal to cool down and navigate the area. Electric car charger is available at my house. The space The house offers a large living area with on the ground floor with a sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen area and a large dining table. For sleeping, you will have the choice between a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet on the ground floor, a single bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the first floor and a mezzanine on which I have put a single bed that will serve either as a sofa or bed. Upstairs, a large terrace under a vegetal roof allows to enjoy the shade all day long (and the sunset). It is equipped with a large table. On the ground floor, depending on the time of day, you will choose to be either in the patio or on the beautiful terrace in front of the house. Guest access The house is totally independent, without direct neighbors and fully equipped. It is yours for the duration of your stay. I live in the neighbouring house (at a good distance and without direct view): you will have someone nearby (except in rare cases) without affecting your privacy. Other things to note We are happy to provide you with the necessary equipment to welcome an infant: fully equipped cot (duvet, pillow, sheets provided), changing mat, high chair with strap and baby dishes, baby bathtub and socket covers.
