Description

Perendale Penthouse is part of a property which includes Merino Manor, 3br and Suffolk Studio, 1br. Generally the three units are rented out seperately but they can all be rented together in which case we can accomodate up to 22 guests. We are situated on a rural property which is super quiet and peaceful. We are half way up the Darling Scarp which affords us magnificent and uninterupted City views. Sit back on the front verandah and watch the planes, trains, kangaroos, sheep etc come and go The space Entering through the magnificient custom made front door, Perendale Penthouse is an immediate oasis for all our guests. To the right you'll enter into our open living, kitchen and dining area, featuring amazing views of Perth. If you continue through you'll find the 9 seat theatre room, you'll step back in time in the company of Elvis, Marilyn, Audrey and a few great Western "Gun Slingin" characters. The huge kitchen/dining area is pretty special with massive bench space, 900w 5 burner stove/oven, large fridge/freezer, wine cooler, dining table to seat 12 guests, Island bench/breakfast bar to seat 6 guests, Miele dish washer and a large slow combustion wood fire with 'free' firewood. Adjacent to the kitchen/dining is a well equipped scullery with another oven, plenty of bench space, a second Miele dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine etc etc. Move next door to the "Boot Room" and be welcomed by a typical Perendale ewe with her three lively offspring at foot (in a photo, not actually in real life). Adjacent to the Boot room is a well furnished laundry with two washing machines and a dryer plus a large wash trough. The Laundry and the Boot room are a shared area. As you walk upstairs, you enter a little coffee nook area well equipped with a coffee pod machine, fridge etc and a table for six. Settle here for your morning coffee/tea or move out onto your own private jarrah deck balcony with amazing views over the entire city. The coffee nook area leads off in to four seperate huge bedrooms which all have quite amazing views of the beautiful Swan Valley landscape. Two of these bedrooms have their own ensuites, the other two bedrooms share an ensuite. Guest access Guests have sole access to the areas described above except for the "Boot room" and the "laundry". See photos for more detailed layout of the rooms etc and for clear descriptions of shared areas The laundry, boot room and the pool area is shared with the owners but they have separate access so your residential privacy is not affected. We have plenty of parking available for all guests. Other things to note We have 4 King-Single trundle beds that are also available to be set up for extra guests. These are full blown beds with quality matresses. If you can, let us know where you would like these beds to be set up and we can have them all in place before you arrive. Have a look at the photos and they will help you sort out where you would like them. Registration Details STRA6056322AD3A4
