On the first floor, you'll find two cozy rooms with air conditioning and a shared full bathroom, ideal for resting after a day of exploration. The living room is spacious and comfortable ?️, offering a relaxing atmosphere, while the dining area and kitchen, although basic, are functional and ready to meet your needs. On the second floor, there are two master bedrooms ?️, each with air conditioning and a private bathroom, providing an intimate and comfortable space. Additionally, there are two more rooms ?️, each with a small bed and a bunk bed, sharing a bathroom. The villa also features wonderful outdoor spaces to fully enjoy the surroundings. The pool ?‍♂️ is the perfect place to relax in the sun or enjoy a refreshing swim. There are several outdoor tables, ideal for enjoying meals or simply relaxing while taking in the view. The barbecue area ? invites you to share pleasant moments with company, while the natural setting allows you to enjoy the peace and beauty of the lake. The villa is designed for everyone to enjoy a calm and relaxing atmosphere, with spaces crafted for the comfort of all. ? Guest access During your stay at our lakefront villa, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable experience: ? Full Property Access: You have access to the entire property, including the villa, gardens, and outdoor spaces. Feel free to explore and enjoy everything. ? Private Dock: Our private dock gives you direct access to the lake for swimming, fishing, or just relaxing by the water. While we don’t provide equipment like jet skis, you can rent them nearby or take a boat tour. Feel free to bring your own kayak or paddleboard and enjoy the lake at your own pace. ? Six Comfortable Bedrooms: There are six air-conditioned bedrooms, all offering a peaceful place to rest. Some rooms have lake views, adding a nice touch to your stay. ? Simple, Functional Kitchen: The kitchen is basic but perfect for preparing simple meals, whether indoors or outside. ? Spacious Living Area: The living and dining area is spacious and comfortable, great for relaxing and spending time with family or friends. ? Outdoor Space: Enjoy the outdoor areas, including a pool ?‍♂️ and gardens ?, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. ? Outdoor Dining: You can eat outside on the patio or under the pergola with a nice view of the lake. We have outdoor furniture for you to use. ? Ample Parking: There is plenty of parking space under the trees, providing a shaded and convenient area to park your car. We’ve designed the space to be comfortable and easygoing, so you can focus on relaxing and making memories. ? Other things to note Staff and Assistance: Aby is part of the staff at the house and will be there to welcome you and assist with any needs during your stay. While we don’t offer full cleaning or cooking services, she will be available to help for an extra cost. Just coordinate with her if you need any assistance. Water Equipment Rental: Jet skis are not included, but we have contacts for you to rent them nearby. You can also arrange a boat tour or rent kayaks. Just let us know if you need the contact details, and we’ll be happy to provide them. Access to the Private Dock: To get to the private dock, you’ll walk through an open area, and sometimes you may encounter dogs on the way. Please take care if you come across them. It’s very important to avoid using the neighbors' docks to prevent any issues. Shops and Supermarkets: There are small shops nearby where you can buy basic items, but the more complete supermarkets are located further out. We recommend doing your shopping in advance to ensure you have everything you need during your stay. Local Restaurants and Attractions: The area has several restaurants serving local dishes, and there are also some interesting attractions nearby. Insects and Weather Conditions: As in many areas near water, it’s common to encounter insects and mosquitoes, especially in the evening. We recommend bringing repellent. Also, depending on the weather, there may be some wind and dust in the air, so take precautions if you’re sensitive to this.
