The space This spacious pod is carefully crafted to bring a touch of luxury to your glamping experience. Sleeping 2 in a king-sized sofa bed with soft cotton bed linen, it’s perfect for a cosy getaway. The ensuite bathroom boasts a roomy shower, heated towel rail, toilet, and wash basin for all the comforts of home. The charming circular hobbit-style doors open onto a grass area, with stunning views of rolling farm fields. Relax and watch the farm animals and wildlife. Our recently created outdoor bathing area offers a secluded, relaxing double ended roll top bath for you to enjoy at your leisure. (Extreme freezing weather may affect availability) Stay warm and cosy in winter with eco-friendly infrared heating, or throw open the doors in summer to let the fresh countryside air flow through. The well-equipped kitchenette has everything you need: an induction hob, microwave, sink, fridge with a small freezer, plus all the crockery, pots, and pans for your culinary creations. Choose to eat at the breakfast bar or head outside to enjoy alfresco dining at the picnic bench. Your welcome pack includes homemade bread, biscuits, Derbyshire tea, ground coffee, milk, and sugar to get you settled in. As an added bonus you can charge your EV for FREE! Dogs and pets are warmly welcomed with their own doggy pack and there are maps of the wonderful walks from the door. Minimum stay: 2 nights. Adults only, no children. Pizza oven available as an extra £30 including base dough and passata, (no toppings/cheese) and subject to availability, add it to your notes when booking and we will confirm availability or not. There is a small on-site shop selling extra milk, butter, cheese, sausages, bacon, burgers, eggs from our own hens, and locally made ice cream. BBQ charcoal and firepit kits with logs and natural fire starters are also available. There are some excellent local pubs serving great food, the nearest is in Brassington, a lovely 40 minute walk over the fields. You can also order an Indian take-away to your door, but note other fast food deliveries are not available. We kindly ask that dogs are kept on a lead in the farmyard and around your pod as we have free-range chickens. There is a ring on the decking to attach a long lead so your dog can relax on the grass with you.
