Secure, undercover parking is provided with the apartment, and other building amenities include a swimming pool with spa, gymnasium and stylish barbecue area. Other things to note * Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. * An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site. * A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately. *If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies. *After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking. * Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals by MaisonNets and is not a hotel. * Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am.
