Two nice rooms with exterior window, cabinets and desk to work. One of them with bunk bed plus single bed and another with bunk bed and trundle bed. Sofa bed with double bed in living room. Both rooms have air conditioning and a heat pump. Accommodation perfectly connected to the center of Madrid by train, bus or private transport; and above all, the ease of parking for free as it is not located in a regulated parking area. The space The guest will have a private room with an outside window overlooking the community garden. You can use the living room, kitchen (shared) and bathroom (private) The host has a private room in the accommodation. Guest access You can make use of the living room with Smart TV, air conditioning, relaxing armchairs, etc. You can also use the clothesline located on the outdoor terrace and the kitchen, fully equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator and dishwasher. Towels, bed linen, gel and shampoo will be included at no additional cost. The host also offers a small complimentary breakfast for all guests. Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT RULES: - No parties of any kind are allowed inside the apartment, and please respect the house rules and the established quiet hours. - Before their arrival, all guests must fill out a registration form, which is mandatory as established by the Community of Madrid and the Spanish government. - People who are not registered in the booking are not allowed to enter the accommodation, under penalty. - Visitors are not allowed. - Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the apartment. - To modify bookings by reducing the number of days or guests, at least one week's notice is required. - When making the booking and before submitting the request, all guests will have to explain the reason for their trip. - Requests for stays with the purpose of going to nightclubs like Fabrik or similar are not accepted. - The host has a private room inside the property.
