North Town Oasis

Located in North Lawrence you have easy access to I-70, while still in a neighborhood with less than a mile, scenic walk to Historic Downtown Lawrence. The space offers room to spread out, rest and retreat all while staying connected with a 30-minute drive to Sporting Park. If you stay in North Lawrence we have the original location of Johnny's eatery and an authentic family-owned Mexican restaurant within a 10-minute walk. Coffee and live music are just a few blocks away. The space Welcome! First please be aware that the bedrooms are upstairs. This home is near a train that runs during the day and evening. The bedrooms are nice cozy set ups with a full-size bed in one room and a queen size bed in the main bedroom. There is a walk-in closet in both bedrooms. The main bedroom you have a in-suite bathroom. There is another full bathroom in the hallway near the second bedroom. You have access to standard toiletry items. The kitchen is well stocked with many cooking items. The downstairs is an open concept with the living room, dining room, and kitchen flowing together. The back yard is partially fenced in giving access to the alley. You will be able to park in the driveway with room for up to four cars. You will not have access to the garage during your stay. My hope is you can enjoy all Lawrence has to offer with some adventures to nearby areas and have a welcoming, comfortable place to come stay at the end of the day. This place is special and filled with love. I hope you enjoy using it. Other things to note The trails in the pictures are less than a half mile away. I walk to them from the house.
