Single room in spacious 2 under 1 roof house. In beautiful green residential area Marsdijk. With neighborhood shopping center within walking distance. You will use the shared bathroom. The room is neat and functional. Free parking in front of my house. Close to the highway. 3.9 km from the center of Assen. 7 km from the TT circuit 4.8 km from beautiful nature reserve Balloerveld 4.3 km from the Drents museum 6 km from Bonte Wever 8 km from Baggelhuizerplas. The space Bedroom with a lovely bed. A lazy chair to relax in. A cabinet to store your belongings and various facilities that you can use. My home is a spacious 2 under 1 roof house with large garage (may be used for bicycle, moped or motorcycle). Guest access Spacious bathroom with bathtub, rain shower and toilet. Wardrobe available in the room to store your belongings. There are also towels, bathrobes, shower items and reading material. In consultation, the laundry room can be used for a small fee. You can use facilities in the attic such as free coffee/tea, cookies and soup. A combination microwave is available. And there is a refrigerator in the attic for shared use. The refrigerator is stocked. The prices are indicated. Water is included. There is also a table so you can work with the laptop or eat quietly. The garden may also be used in good weather. Please consult. Free Wi-Fi is available. For people who need transportation, when I am free, I am willing to act as a taxi for reimbursement of the gasoline. Breakfast is also available. I ask for a simple breakfast €5 and for a more luxurious version €7.50. For a longer stay, the kitchen may be used in consultation. It is also possible to have a hot meal with me. I like to cook and don't mind cooking extra. Cost €10. Watching TV is possible via your own device, Netflix, Yeloplay, Vtmgo, Videoland, Prime Video, HBO or via my Ziggo Go app. If you need a bicycle, it is available in consultation.
