Private room and bathroom in a Victorian, former School House on the Raveningham estate. Lovely quiet spot but with easy access to Norwich, Loddon, Beccles, Bungay and East Coast. Private parking. Separate access but note this is a room in a house occupied by the host. Very good base from which to explore the Norfolk Broads and East Anglian Coast. Note this is room only, no breakfast, but I provide a fridge, toaster and microwave for your use. Tea and coffee making facilities and a few extras. The space Spacious, comfortable king size bed with tea and coffee facilities plus compact microwave, toaster and small fridge for your use. Private bathroom adjacent which has a bath with shower attachment. Guests also have a private garden area with seating and use of the car park. There is storage space for bicycles if required. Guest access Garden area, car park. Other things to note Please don’t stay out after 11.30pm on weekdays as the dogs will wake the household. However if there is a special reason for being later please be sure to discuss and agree logistics with me. Please check out before 11am on the day of your departure as I will be planning my day around this. Thank you
