A very cozy newly renovated Vintage House . A Full Service Bed and Breakfast with 24/7 Concierge Service and Security. Rubia Restaurant is inside the property and is open daily from 8am-10pm.( A Filipino restaurant that is famous for its GaBoodle Platters, perfect for big groups.) Guest access The Ground Floor Lobby Area, Rubia Restaurant and Cilantro Garden Area are open to all our B&B guests to enjoy. Other things to note We kindly request our guest for a Php 2000 incidental deposit to be given upon arrival in the property; refundable upon check out. Room is equipped with 2 Queen Size Beds, 2 single pullout beds, Dresser table that is convertible to a Working Space. Wifi Access, Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fans, Hot Shower, Flat Screen TV with Cable, Coffee and Tea Making Facility, Drinking Water, Towels, Shower Gel, Hangers. The room rate is good for 5pax. An additional rate of Php 650 per person shall be charged after 5 pax. (Maximum capacity of the room is 6 pax) We have a STRICT NON-SMOKING policy in our rooms. A fine of Php 5,000 shall be charged to the guest for failure to comply. For our guest safety, we have installed 24-hours CCTV security around the property.
