In a hamlet, in a quiet area, come and enjoy a weekend or your vacation in this haven of tranquility. This 4-star cottage can accommodate up to 15 people with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Overlooking a terrace with swimming pool and brazier, you will be facing a magnificent view of the Ady valley. The space 20km from Conques and Rodez, in the Valley of Marcillac, come and get together with family or friends. Enjoy the serenity and charm of an 1860 house overlooking the Ady valley, in an exceptional setting with a beautiful swimming pool. This furnished gîte is rated 4 stars and 4 "ears of corn" by "Gîtes de France". The entrance courtyard is equipped with an electric vehicle charging socket and allows parking for 3 cars. The house is on 2 floors (ground floor and 1st). The house opens onto a large terrace and a swimming pool (4x8m, 1.5m deep), open from May to September, heated in May, June and September, and secured by a roller shutter. For the new season, the swimming pool is open and heated from April 20, 2024. Outside, you can also enjoy a very large table under the shade of two large chestnut trees as well as sun loungers, deck chairs and a brazier (1m in circumference - Brasero Jupiter by Simogas).
