Domus9 is an apartment on the ground floor of Domus Cusiana, a residential complex with a beautiful sunny garden, swimming pool and views of the lake and the Sacro Monte di Orta. It is the only apartment directly overlooking the common pool, it was built in an old cellar, so it is a bit dark but in summer it is the coolest of the complex!!! It has a large private porch where you can relax and enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners. Domus9 is a two-room apartment located in the town of Carcegna, located on the first hill of Lake Orta, about 3 km from the center of Orta San Giuilio. The apartment is located on the ground floor, and consists of a living room with an open kitchen and a double sofa bed, a large double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. There is no food of any kind in the house (oil, salt, sugar, etc.) because Italian laws do not allow us to offer it to you. Nearby there is a convenience store where you can buy what you need. The Wi-Fi is free and also present in the common areas. The use of the pool is also shared with other apartments of the Domus Cusiana, as well as the garden and common areas. Parking is free on the property. The complex is suitable for families with children, who can enjoy a fenced space and a swimming pool with shallow water. The apartment is located in the hamlet of Carcegna di Miasino, a characteristic village located on the first heights of Lake Orta. From here the view of the lake and the Sacro Monte di Orta is spectacular. In a few minutes by car you can reach the most characteristic beaches of the lake and also the heights of the Mottarone, a characteristic granite mountain that in summer can be the destination of numerous trekking excursions, and in winter of wonderful skiing and walks on the snow enjoying the spectacular scenery that surrounds it, the summit is intact nestled between two lakes, Lake Orta and Lake Maggiore and from its top you can enjoy a 360-degree show.
