Less than five minutes to town and two minutes to the Windham path. Best For: Two Couples or One Family with Children Also Great For: Two Singles or One Couple for a long-term stay who'd like an extra bedroom Maximum Occupancy: 6 People Each of the two, second-floor bedrooms have private, full bathrooms. One has a queen bed, and the other has two twin beds plus a trundle to make three. The sofa bed in the living room has a full-sized mattress. It's an open floorplan, so please know that anyone using the sofa bed would not have privacy. It's best to consider it just an extra place to sleep. This is the very last unit at the back of the complex, so it is very private and very quiet. Because it is an end unit, you'll have three exposures to the sunshine, and it has one of the best views of the pond in the entire complex. The pond is only about 100 feet away from the back door. My partner and I love this condo and so enjoyed making it beautiful. If you're an art lover, you'll find several unique paintings we love from Catskills artists. The entire condo is yours to enjoy, as well as the common areas of the condo grounds. This includes the pool (please check on New York State pool opening guidelines due to Covid) and the path around the pond. Please note that swimming, fishing and boating are not allowed in the pond. It's OK to walk behind the other buildings as you explore, but it's important to respect others' privacy and not enter their decks or patios. My partner and I are frequently in Windham staying at our other residence. We have several rental properties in the area and love sharing the Catskills with our guests. We're happy to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. This is a quiet condominium community, with a private pool and pond. The pool is currently opened subject to New York State guidelines due to COVID. Plenty of free parking right in front of the condo.
