It is an ideal location in the summer months as it is relatively quiet compared to the other areas of the lake but minutes away from boat access, restaurants, bars and all the water sports. The sun exposure is also perfect. You can always get away from the sun if it’s too hot and the dock provides endless sun if one wants to be out of the shade. The shoulder season is also an amazing time at Shuswap. The lake is quiet and like glass usually (except during a storm). Amazing fishing opportunities right inside our bay and throughout the lake. Hiking, golfing and quading all within 20 to 30 min of the house. Or just a chance to getaway, relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings by the fireplace, the fire pit or the dock. The property consists of three buildings. A main house on the water that has everything you could need! Three air-conditioned bedrooms (Two on upper level and one on lower level) in the main house, as well as two full bathrooms. (One on upper level and one on lower level ). The lower level of the main house is a Rec room with TV and big couch for kids to hang out. There is also a kids cabin that has room for four to sleep and is air-conditioned. The third building is a guest cabin (also air conditioned)with a bedroom with a queen size bed, as well as a double pull out sofa bed, and a kids size bunk bed.
