The Avery Farm is our home. You are renting the second bedroom. It has its own private entrance, with attached private bathroom. You also have use of the dining room, den, and game room. There is a front porch with rocking chairs that over looks the yard and fountain. We are about 45 minutes from the Charlotte airport. Centrally located between Mooresville, Charlotte, Hickory and Lake Norman. There is plenty of private parking, and lights. Get away in style. We do not allow guests to bring pets The space Your Queen bed is very comfy. There is a heat and A/C unit in your bedroom with its own control. WiFi to use and TV with Hulu, Netflix and Amazon. There are a few steps when coming inside from the outside private entrance and a couple of steps between the bedroom and bathroom area. There is no kitchen, but you have a mini fridge and coffee maker in your room. Guest access You have your own bedroom and bathroom with a private entrance. You also have a billiard room that includes a 9’ shuffle board table, pool table, board games and video arcade games. During your stay We are usually home working on the property if you need anything. Other things to note You can use the outdoor fire pit as well as the picnic table. It is by the barn. We do have indoor house cats, house bunnies, and a chinchilla. The cats are not allowed in the guest bedroom/bathroom, but have access to the rest of the house. Please plan accordingly if you have allergies. We do keep our pets on “our side of the house” when we have guests.
