Fabienne's rooms, in the center of the village, with independent entrance, wifi, are about 100 meters from the beach and the train station, with quick connections to the Cinque Terre (10 minutes' journey). A parking space is available, and bicycles and motorcycles can be parked in the garden. The accommodation tax is €1.50 per person per night, applicable only for the first three nights of the stay. The space Our small B&B, renovated in 2015, is located in the village, just 100 meters from the beach and 150 meters from the train station, (10 mm by the Cinque Terre train.) Located on the second floor, it offers a separate entrance and a small room where you will find a coffee machine, a microwave oven and a small fridge. There is no elevator. In addition, it is close to the Mare Monti cycle and pedestrian path, ideal for exploring the area. Guest access The apartment is on the second floor and does not have an elevator. During your stay We live next to the B&B, which has a separate entrance. Other things to note At the time of check-in, you will be asked for the documents for registration and payment of the accommodation tax, introduced on 01/01/2025, in cash: €1.5 per person per day for the first three days of the stay (therefore a maximum of €9). Entry is not authorized to strangers, not registered at our facility. Smoking is not allowed inside the room (one room has a 15-square-meter terrace). Please respect the quiet hours after 10:00 p.m. during the night. Parties are not allowed. Private parking will be provided at check-in. Please turn off the lights and air conditioning after each exit. Bicycles cannot be brought upstairs to the rooms or in the hallway or entrance of the building but can be left behind the building, in our part of the garden. Thank you and have a great stay.
