Our 124 year old Cabin is just a 1/2 mile from Main Street. The long driveway crosses a spring-fed creek and winds up the hill to a secluded home surrounded by trees. Guests often hear the creek's flowing water from the front porch swing. This 1600 square foot home includes a full kitchen with complimentary coffee and tea. The patio has a gas fire pit and the backyard has a Tiki smokeless fire pit with free firewood. Hammocks and bicycles for guest use. 50 meg Wifi. Make yourself at home! The space Reclaimed barn wood accent walls, an exposed original chimney in the kitchen, and a fun chalkboard wall to leave your name/comments are a few interesting design elements of this cabin. Look closely at the front porch ceiling to find a "Grafton Lumber Company" stamp. Foosball and game table available with oversize Chess, Scrabble, and Connect Four. All sizes of bicycles available for guests to go exploring. 55 inch Smart TV for rainy days. Pets are allowed with a one-time $50 fee. The neighborhood is quiet and the driveway parking is ample. We never charge a Cleaning Fee or Resort Fee. Staggered pricing means 2 guests pay less than 10 guests. Fiber Wifi is free. Bicycle use is free. Firewood is free. Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate is free. Ring doorbell in use for security. Other things to note Cell service is poor in Grafton. Plan to use the house WiFi for texting and calling...the password is on the wall in the kitchen If the fire pit propane tank runs out, a full one is on site just message me for its location. Full disclosure - the 4th bedroom is in the unfinished basement and is suited for a snorer or for a teenager wanting to be secluded. It's not the Ritz down there but it does have an air vent, luggage rack, and night stand with lamp and USB Guests at hotels call the front desk when they need something.... so if during your stay you ever feel your satisfaction is not at a 5-star level please let us know right away with a call/text, while you are still with us, so we can remedy the situation and make your stay all you hoped it would be.
