You can bike directly from the house to the Tunnel Vision Trail (Ridgeline Retreat) located down the street. Golf courses, tennis courts, minigolf, and the BV Rec Center are all within biking distance. Play ping pong or pool in the garage or relax on the back porch. Family friendly with TV's in all rooms. Crystal Bridges, Amazeum, or the Bentonville Square is 15 minutes away. The space This home has a warm, cozy, and inviting atmosphere. It's design resembles a remote lodge It overlooks Lake Windsor with a winter lake view. You can hear the Tanyard Creek waterfall after heavy rains. The decor in the house is dedicated to the Natural State with elements reflective of local wildlife, such as black bear, squirrels, honey bees, mockingbirds, and ducks. Whether you are a mountain biker, hiker, golfer, laker, kayaker racquet sport player, or just here for some relaxation, then Natural State Lodge will fulfill your needs! The guests have given rave reviews on the comfort of our mattresses and bedding. We have one firm mattress in the house for those with back issues that may require a firmer mattress. The back porch and it's sunsets are also a sight to see. The garage has been converted into a gaming area and storage space for safe bike storage There’s a pack n play and high chair for your toddler. We can order your guest cards to access the numerous nearby amenities, such as, the beach at Lake Avalon, the zipline park for kids, Bella Vista Recreation Center, pickleball courts, tennis courts, golf, and boat rentals, in addition to world class trails. So many things that Bella Vista has to offer. Trail access is less than a minute away. Guest access The entire house is accessible including the garage.
