There are many restaurants just outside our gate, like Friday, Subway Lots of free parking spots in front of our building. Our condo built 20 years ago, and used for short term rental, it has been well maintained. But it is far from perfect. That is why we set a reasonable rate. There are some burn spot on the countertop, few stains on the floor. Some stains on the mattress after we cleaned. But after every guest, we do the whole condo departure cleaning, all liens and towels are fresh washed.
