Luxurious Austrian alpine chalet, unique location

A luxurious remodeled chalet, right at the entrance of a trail system! You can XC ski, sled, snowshoe, or mountain bike outside the door. Boulder climbing and gorgeous lake view hikes. Squaw, Alpine, Northstar, Homewood., 15 min away. 5 min to Tahoe City and beaches. 1800 sq ft unit. Two living areas, four bedrooms, and two baths. Large front and back yard, outdoor seating/eating. Fast Internet 500/200 Mbs down/up. Air-conditioning. Netflix, Sling, Prime, and apple tv. Excludes in-law unit The space Each item in the house has been handpicked and we have put a lot of love and thought into this house. It's our private home (not an investment property) so please treat it with care.The living area have 2 living rooms, kitchen and 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The newly remodeled kitchen has a 6 burner range stove and all the appliances and cookware you expect. After a long day of adventures you can cozy up in one of the areas created to invite togetherness and comfort. The living areas have 2 high end flame fireplaces to snuggle up to and they have conversation areas, dining areas and tv room. We have 3 tv's, one in one of the living areas and two in separate bedrooms. Bedroom number 1 is a very large on suite master bedroom with a king bed japanese style (low profile bed) and brand new memory foam mattress. Bedroom 2 has a high queen bed with new mattress. Bedroom 3 has a full size bed with new memory foam mattress. Bedroom 4 is on a separate level and has a queen size new pull out bed. There is one bathroom with bathtub outside of the ensuite bathroom. Washer and dryer is down in the garage and shared with the lower 1bdr unit if it's rented out. Our road is very private and the houses are spaced out and not ontop of eachother like a lot of houses in Tahoe. We have a large front and back yard with a narrow deck in the front, and an outdoor dining area under the aspens. The back yard is directly leading into the trail system of xc skiing, gorgeous lake view hikes, alpine lakes and boulder climbing. Note, part of the ground floor is a long-term rental unit not included in the main home. This unit may or may not be rented out during your stay. Please respect the quiet hours between 9pm to 8am, and take your shoes off to reduce footstep noise below. It is located to the left of the garage and has its own outside door. Guest access You can use both the front and back yard but the bar table with two chairs belongs to the downstairs unit. Garage is accessible for both units. The driveway in front of the garage belongs to this part of the house and there should be parking for 3-4 cars in the drive and along side the house. Other things to note Charging of electric or hybrid vehicles is strictly prohibited. It can trigger breakers that can cause mayhem (past experience) and is unsafe. If people use outlets to try to charge their car to there will be a $500 minimum penalty per occurrence. For stays including Public Holidays we require a minimum stay of three nights.
