The Sage Room is a spacious second floor room with a fireplace and a queen-size bed in the original 1820s-portion of the building. It has a large shower in the private bathroom and is bounded by porches. Guests have their room, a private porch, a porch for all the guests to share, the living room and a dining room. The outside beer garden is also available for use by the guests, and there is a fire pit in the Winter to keep you warm. The owners/brewers live on site, but do not share the guest space. Walking to everything in Sperryville is easy from Hopkins Ordinary, and Shenandoah National Park is in view and a short drive away. Cell service is spotty in this area, but we have strong WiFi, and can loan you a land line if you need to make a call. We do charge a 9.3% state and local lodging tax in addition to the price noted. We do not charge for housekeeping nor a deposit. We will have to collect the tax separately, as Airbnb does not have the ability to add this to the price when you make a reservation.
