Small farmhouse apartment near Flensburg

We are located in a small village (Hüllerup - Handewitt municipality) only 7 km to the center of Flensburg and 3 km from the highway (A7) and 10 km to the Danish border. We have a forest just outside the door, only 300 m away, so that nature lovers can also get their money's worth. Our farm is located directly on the "Ochsenweg," a well-known pilgrimage and bicycle route that runs through all of Schleswig-Holstein. Various shopping centers are only a few kilometers away in Handewitt or the outskirts of Flensburg The space We have redesigned our former apprentice room. Now we would like to receive guests here. The room is very quiet in the courtyard. Through a porch you enter the 1-room apartment through a private entrance. There is a bed for 1 or 2 people because it can be pulled out. There is also a small pantry kitchen inside with a refrigerator, sink, dishes, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. In addition, you can easily set up the wall table as a dining table or workplace or just have it folded together. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. Towels and hair dryer are provided. Guest access You enter the apartment through a porch that is also used by others. But from there the entrance doors to the apartment, which of course have their own lock. In the porch there are seating areas in summer. In the courtyard there is a café and a great exhibition of porcelain. Both are open in summer Wednesday to Sunday 2 pm to 6 pm. In addition, there is a site for swing golf or soccer golf. Barbecue evenings are also held in summer. The adjacent garden may also be used. Bicycles can be parked. However, I would like to point out that this room is not available for permanent rental and is not sublet as a room for workers. Other things to note It's quiet here. The room is designed for 1 to 2 people. And there are beautiful bike paths to many places and also in nature. Car and bicycles can be parked. Our courtyard café is always open in summer from Wednesday to Sunday 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
