Find us as Chickens' Maisons! Lovely apartment located on the ground floor, with a private and fenced garden. At the entrance, there is a living room with a TV and a fireplace (working) and an equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area there are two bedrooms, one double and a bedroom with bunk beds plus a pull-out. A bathroom with shower and washing machine. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed (single). There is also a parking space in the underground garage, with snow equipment storage area. The space - The house is equipped with all the necessary linens. One set per person is provided (sheets and towels). - The fireplace is working, no wood is provided, but it can be easily found in the surrounding area. It does not have a grill for cooking food, and it is not allowed to do so. - The entire home is available for guests to use. For stays of 2 people, only the double bed is prepared. If guests need two separate beds, €8 will be required for linen and preparation of the second bed. - Dogs can be brought when previously communicated, at a cost of €50 per week. It is mandatory to take care of dog waste and remove it from the garden. - The cost of HEATING for the winter period is EXCLUDED from the price. A deposit of €15/night is required before the stay, and the actual cost is calculated according to consumption after the stay. Guests must photograph the meter located at the entrance of the condominium upon arrival to verify the initial number and photograph the meter before checkout with the final number. The difference is the actual consumption. The cost is €2/shot. Any differences with the deposit paid will be paid/returned later. Guests can control the heating, and consumption, with the thermostat located in the house. Guest access The host will give check-in instructions the day before.
