You are 10 minutes driving distance from the downtown and the beach. You will love the apartments because of the natural landscaping and quiet surrounding. The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need. Utilities and Wi-Fi costs are not included in the price. The space The apartmen is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, Interns and families (with kids). Guest access The guests does access to the entire apartment. J&S Living enhanced cleaning routine: We do take extra care to sanitize our apartments due to COVID-19. 24 hours prior the arrival of a new guest we do clean and disinfectants entire apartment thoroughly and in addition to that, we do pay special attention to frequently touched surfaces, like light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucet handles, Tabletops, keys. We do use cleaning solutions with diluted household bleach or at least 70% alcohol which are believed to be effective against the corona virus.
