We have recently finished a careful restoration of this apartment, which is equipped with every comfort and air conditioning for the summer. The old stone walls give the house a special charm. The decor mixes 70s furniture with some antique but functional pieces. You will be very comfortable. The two bathrooms are spacious: sink, toilet, bidet and large shower. The first bathroom has a shower for two people. Guest access The entire apartment is for guests. From the entrance at Via Cugia 42A, go up a small staircase, walk ten steps in the courtyard, and at the end, on the left, you will find the gray door of this apartment (adjacent to another independent apartment). You go up two steps to access the apartment. Look at the floor plan in the photos, and you will better understand the layout of the rooms and the entire apartment. Then we go down 5 steps and find ourselves in the hallway, which leads to the second bathroom and the twin bedroom. Finally, you enter the large living room-kitchen: comfortable and functional.
