The space This air-conditioned studio unit comes with a comfortable single-size bed with pull out, a wardrobe, a Smart TV and comes with TV Plus too for local channels, bathroom with water heater & kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with induction cooker and range hood, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a rice cooker, fridge, kitchen utensils, frying pan, soup pot and dinnerware. Smartly designed condo unit with uncluttered and minimal furniture gives off a breezy ambiance. Restaurants, pharmacy/drug store, and various banks at 5-10 minute walking distance surrounds the building’s vicinity. Guest access An ideal place to stay for working professionals, students, OFW's, local or foreign tourists because of its accessibility and proximity to top universities, tourist spots, commercial centers, and others. Guests have access to the entire place, amenities and all common area facilities. These include a swimming pools, gym, function hall, student lounge and 24-hour security.
