A studio apartment located 10 miles east of downtown Beaufort and 7 miles from Harkers Island. This spacious studio has hard wood floors, beautiful granite counter tops, convection oven, gas stove and large back patio. Access to the beach is available at Atlantic Beach (25 min. drive) or Radio Island (15 min. drive). Ferry services to Cape Lookout via Harkers Island (15 min. drive), Shackleford Banks via Beaufort (15 min. drive), and day trips to Ocracoke via Cedar Island (35 min. drive) nearby The space This is a studio apartment, meaning the bedroom, living area, and kitchen are all located in one room. The main bed is queen sized, and a full sized sleeper sofa is available. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to make a home cooked meal during your stay. We have a small convection oven above our gas stovetop, full sized refrigerator, and a dishwasher. We have provided a Keurig as well as K-cups, creamer, sugar, and sweeteners for your convenience. A bottle of wine, nuts, and chocolate will be available upon your arrival. Be sure to let us know if you'll be bringing your pet, and we will provide a treat for them too. We do charge a $100 non-refundable pet fee. The living room has a television equipped with Roku. All of your favorite streaming apps are preloaded. Our bathroom comes stocked with towels, washcloths, and hand towels. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hair dryer are provided. Enjoy the weather outside on our lovely back patio, or enjoy a game of pool, ping pong, air hockey on our kid-sized game table.
