This charming, traditional house—with its original wooden stairs, antique furniture, and a rare private patio (quintal)—is one of the few remaining homes of its kind in the city. Spread over multiple floors with 5 inviting bedrooms and a private terrace with leisure amenities, it is the perfect place to relax and explore Porto. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Second Floor: 1 bathroom +4 bedrooms: (1 room with king size bed (1.60*200) , 1 room queen beds (1.35*1.90), 1 room with two single beds(90*200), 1 room with a queen-size sofa bed (1.40*200) 1 additional litlle room with TV, air conditioning, and a private bathroom situated in the terrace of the main home with queen bed. Safety Fire Extinguishers: 3 powder – entrance + 1 on each upper floor Fire Blanket: in the kitchen Smoke & CO₂ Detectors: 2 smoke, 1 CO₂ First Aid Kits: 2 one per bathroom 3. Kitchen, Washing Machine, Dishwasher SMEG Stove: clean only with a soft cloth after use Oven: use moderately and with caution; check inside is empty, nothing on stovetop, turn both left knobs (electric, no gas needed), ensure oven light turns off when knobs are returned to off Nespresso Machine: compatible capsules only; check fit and water level Dishwasher: 1 tablet, 60–70ºC, press start Washing Machine: machine detergent, 1h quick program; approved products only Supplies provided: salt, pepper, some dishwasher tablets, basic cleaning products (found in the small door opposite the living room – for cleaning staff) Other notes: Hot water in the central bathroom may take ~27 seconds (house is centenary) Drinking water is safe throughout the house Additional equipment: 1 hairdryer for drying clothes: two ropes (~3m) in the piano room, with basin and clothespins Small cleaning room: handheld vacuum, mop, floor mop, ironing board and iron Toilet paper provided for your stay Barbecue: Outdoor use only; never indoors or under a covered area Do not use in strong wind or on very dry days (fire risk) Use only charcoal or wood; never flammable liquids Never leave unattended; keep water or sand nearby Clean after use; dispose of ashes only when completely cold No materials for lighting are provided Plants: water at the start or end of the day, especially in hot weather 4. Rules & Check-Out Silence: 23:00–8:00 inside & terrace Street bins: Green – glass, Yellow – plastic, Blue – paper/cardboard, Grey – general No events, unregistered guests, unregistered animals No smoking indoors No BBQ after 9:00 PM or on very hot days; clean after use Do not light wood stove or candles Piano: use respectfully & unplug Children/Babies: house not childproofed; please supervise Pets: do not leave unattended; clean up after them Check-out: 10:00 AM Turn off lights, water.
