Nice, little and renovated apartment on the 1st floor. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and one sofa bed for 2 persons in the living room and a fully equiped kitchen. The apartment is in a fabulous location between the Eiffel Tower and the Invalides. The space (Présentation en français plus bas)ENGLISH:It is a nice one bedroom apartment (31 square meters / 335 square feet) located on the left bank of the Seine River.The apartment includes a living-room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a restroom (separate from the bathroom). It is very quiet.In the living-room: you will find a big television, a sofa bed for two people, a table (up&down) and several chairs.In the kitchen: you will find the sink, a fridge, an oven, ceramic hob, a microwave oven, a Nespresso coffee maker, a dishwasher and a washing machine. You will find plates, dishes, cups, glasses and pots too (everything you need to cook and to eat).In the bedroom : you will find a queen bed for two people, sheets and an alarm clock.In the bathroom : you will find the shower (be careful, it’s a small shower), towels and a hairdryer. The apartment is located in the heart of Paris, between the Eiffel Tower and the Hotel des Invalides. The location is one of the best in Paris.The building is typically Parisian, this is a secure building which dates from the beginning of the twentieth century. The area is very pleasant. There are convenient stores, supermarkets (Carrefour City, Franprix…), bakeries, bars, restaurants… All are less than one minute walk from the apartment !!! • The apartment is 5 min walk from the Pont Alexandre III (over the Seine River), from the Invalides (Napoleon’s Tomb) and from the Rue Cler (a typical French street with a lot of bars and grocery shops) • It is 10 min walk from the Eiffel Tower (the most famous monument of France) , from the Musée Rodin, from the Grand Palais, from the Petit Palais and from the Palais de la Découverte too. • It is 15 min walk from the Champs Elysée, from the Boulevard Saint Germain (where you can drink a coffee in the famous Café de Flore), from the Assemblée Nationale (French Parliament) and from the Musée d’Orsay. • It is less than a half-hour walk from the Arc de Triomphe, from the Musée du Louvre (where you can admire the Joconde), from the Opera and from the Department Stores on the Boulevard Haussman (Le Printemps and Les Galeries Lafayette).Around the apartment, you gonna find all means of transport: 1. There are 4 Velib’ Stations immediately around the flat (rue Surcouf, boulevard de la Tour-Maubourg…) 2. There are 2 Metro Stations: Tour-Maubourg Station (Line 8 – it is less than 2 minutes walk from the flat) and Invalides Station (Lines 8 and 13 – it is 5 minutes walk from the flat). The Line 8 leads straight to the Department Stores (Le Printemps and Les Galeries Lafayette), it’s very convenient if you bring back with a lot of shopping bags. 3. There is the Invalides Station (train RER C). In less than 5 min, you are at the foot of the famous Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral! More, in 30 min (in the other way), you go straight to Versailles and to visit the most famous palace of the word. 4. There are a lot of bus stops around the apartment. 5. There is a taxi stand (less than 2 minutes walk from the flat).FRENCH:This is a small apartment with a bedroom (31 m2) located on the left bank of the Seine. The apartment features a separate living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and a separate toilet. The apartment, besides being in a very good location, has a very quietIn the living room: you will find a large TV, a double sofa bed, a coffee table that stands out for dinner and several chairs.In the kitchen: You will find a sink, fridge, traditional oven, hot plates, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine. You will also find silverware, plates, cups, glasses, dishes, pots…In the bedroom: you will find a double bed for two people, sheets and an alarm clock. In the bathroom: you will find a sink, a shower (be careful it is not very large!), towels and a hair dryer. The toilets are separated from the bathroom for extra comfort.The neighborhood is very nice.
