Compact apartment with private entrance and private terrace to smoke on. Equipped with kitchen/living, bathroom and bedroom. We're located in Woerden, a small town in the center of the Netherlands. Lots of bicycle routes in the near area. At the countryside,close to public transport. Perfect for couples and single travelers. Train to Utrecht 10 mins, train to Amsterdam 40 mins. Bed and bath linen provided. Lake at walking distance - Forest 15 min - Supermarket 10 min- Train: 10 bike minutes. The space On the ground floor: bathroom with shower and toilet. Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, induction hob, combi oven. Living room: dining table, chairs and two seater sofa. Stairs lead up to the bedroom, which is equipped with a hotel-quality box spring. Guest access You have the entire apartment to yourself: living/kitchen/bath room/bed room. Nothing is shared. If you want to wash your clothes though, there's a service at the gass station nearby (rate: 6 euro) where you can do that. Just as in many other Dutch municipalities, Woerden levies a tourist tax. We have to charge tourist tax to a non-resident for an overnight stay. We have to pay that to the Municipality of Woerden. The rate is one euro per person per night. Other things to note We hand you the key at the check in and you hand us the key at the check out. In between we kindly ask you not to make loud noises after 22:00 pm.
