A modern and relaxing 3-storey weekend home, situated inside a private village in Tagaytay City away from the traffic and crowd, yet conveniently located near restaurants, churches and malls. The space Five (5) rooms can comfortably accommodate 12 people max, each with own bathrooms. A caretaker will be able to assist the guests. Please take note that we only encourage max of 12 guests. Max of 5 cars allowed inside the village. Three (3) rooms have AC. We provide fans for one room on the 3rd floor and another room on the 2nd floor. All bedrooms have big windows with screen. It can be chilly especially at night in Tagaytay. The house features four spacious balconies that invite plenty of natural ventilation, creating a light and airy atmosphere. Nestled among lush trees, it offers a serene environment with refreshing breeze and a peaceful ambiance. Swimming pool is in the village clubhouse which is around 1 minute drive or 3 minute walk from the house. Available for a fee of 250 pesos for 8-hour use. There’s also covered basketball court and a tennis court in the clubhouse. Guest access Guests will have access to 5 bedrooms which includes the living room, kitchen, lanai, garage and top floor with lounging area and billiards table. No wild parties allowed. Quiet hours starts before 12 midnight. Other things to note Three (3) rooms have AC. We provide fans for one room on the 3rd floor and another room on the 2nd floor. All bedrooms have big windows with screen. Please remember to turn off the aircon whenever you leave the room or house, or simply turn it off if not needed. Overuse results to ac water leak. House has an internet speed of 100 MBPS. Netflix and a billiards table are available. The Masters Bedroom will be off limits to guests. There will be a sign "OFF LIMITS" posted on the door of this specific room. Other 5 rooms are available for guests. Please bring your own towels and toiletries. Drinking water, coffee maker and basic kitchen/ cooking needs are provided. Loud and wild parties are NOT ALLOWED. There are CCTVs in the parking area, lanai and kitchen. Our caretaker will be staying in her own separate bedroom at the ground floor. She’s in charge of the hallway lights and chandelier, and checks the main doors and gate as well. She may assist with cooking and cleaning during your stay, if needed. Do not leave any valuable items inside the house unattended. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage. Guests will be charged accordingly for broken items, loss or any damage in the property. Guests will also be charged for any stains or damage on sheets and furniture. Pets or fur babies are welcome - but not on the furniture and beds. Please bring your pets own beds or a blanket to sleep on. There is a swimming pool and covered basketball court in the club house accessible to guests with a fee of 250 pesos per head from 8 am to 5 pm only. It’s around 1 min drive or 3 min walk from the house.
