More specifically, the house is located in a quiet and romantic place surrounded by the wonderful Tuscan countryside, among olive trees and vineyards, very close to famous wineries, but also to cities of art such as Florence, Pisa, Siena and Lucca; as well as close to beautiful spa towns such as Montecatini Terme (25 minutes by car) and Monsummano Terme (30 minutes by car) and Bagni di Lucca (1 hour); also close to wonderful medieval villages such as San Gimignano and Monteriggioni. You can also easily reach seaside destinations such as Viareggio (LU) and all of Versilia full of clubs (50 minutes away); or Tirrenia (PI), with its huge beaches (1 hour away); or Castiglioncello (LI) with its wonderful seafront on the Quercetano and its nearby white beaches of Vada (1 hour and 20 minutes away); you can also reach the Cinque Terre (Riomaggiore) in Liguria just over an hour and a half away (reachable via Lucca and Pisa). It is equipped with a living room with kitchenette (equipped with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, with capsules, electric kettle with tea selections, toaster and various dishes and washing machine), bar island, a table with chairs, a single bed, used as a sofa, and a 32-inch LCD SMART TV. It has a characteristic double bedroom in style, complete with king size bed, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, and dresser. The bathroom, with a window, located in the double bedroom, has a relaxing shower with chromotherapy; an extra pampering to relax further perhaps after a walk immersed in vineyards and olive groves.
