Positioned literally boarding the redwood forest, you will have use of a garage, fenced section, private deck and spa pool. Located approx 5 minutes to the CBD. Close proximity to many beautiful lakes, with the Blue Lake within a 10 minute drive. A short walk from the redwood shopping center with superette, cafes, takeaways, pharmacy, and the Good Eastern taphouse. You will have the whole house to yourself, with the most epic mountain biking and walking trails at your doorstep. The space This is a 3 bedroom + office (set up as a bedroom) house which is equipt with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. With a fireplace, 2 x heat-pumps and spa pool you will be cosy, even in the winter months. You will be able to relax in the spa positioned in the private back yard, to make the most of your time away. Guest access Entire house and rear garage. Other things to note The maximum number of guests is 9 (including infants). If you are booking with infants please be aware the house has a fire, this does have a screen but it is free standing (kept in the garage). A port-a-cot and high chair are available at the house.
