Bela Vista IV - Lisbon Altstadt

The charming Bela Vista IV apartment offers you a private sun terrace and stylishly selected furnishings. The location is quiet and picturesque. Rua da Bela Vista is our favorite street in Lisbon. A wonderful mix of small shops, picturesque cafés, restaurants and lots of creativity defines this special neighborhood. We realized our idea for Lisbon Old Town here with this old town house. The space The fully renovated apartment is on the 2nd floor of our Lapa old town house. The original staircase is steep and has no elevator. This stylish and modernly furnished apartment features a large, private balcony terrace, a living room with a French balcony and unobstructed views of an old tree in a beautiful historic courtyard, flanked by an old palace with typical tiled decorations. Through the tree, depending on the season, you can catch a glimpse of the large Tejo Bay. The apartment is on two levels. On the lower level, you will find the cozy living room with an additional sofa bed (1.80 m x 0.75 m), the modern bathroom, and the kitchen, from which you can access the beautiful, wood-paneled sun terrace. The apartment has beautifully finished pine floors and carefully selected, unique furnishings. The smart TV in the living room provides access to all major streaming services, which you can log into using your own accounts. Normal arrival is possible between 2 pm – 10 pm. If the apartment is available you are welcome to check in before 2pm. Upon arrival at the apartment after 10 pm, we kindly ask you to pay €20 late check-in service for your receptionist. You will receive the apartment key upon arrival. Your friendly welcome person will be waiting for you and show you the apartment. Guest access The entire apartment is at the full disposal of our guests. Other things to note Since the apartment is located in a normal residential building, we ask you not to celebrate noisy parties. Registration Details 169/AL
