A mountain top retreat to relax, work, host and admire the area. BBQ during sunset and bonfire while counting stars. Please read whole description. House has everything needed to cook and serve friends and family. Big lawn for soaking up the sun. Speakers through the house. WiFi is solid and office has additional monitors. House is not set up to leave pets (unless crated) and/or children alone. You are responsible for everyone in your group. The space Snowboarding/skiing, downhill mtb shuttle picks up from the corner, wild and scenic rivers, white water rafting, hiking, fishing, relaxing and so much more. Ask about long term discounts, additional people, etc. The views from this workspace are incredible. Set up with solid WiFi, ethernet ports and additional monitors. We are set up to enjoy the mountain and trees while inside and outside the house. There are multiple decks/hangouts on the property. We have a morning coffee deck that gets nice morning sun rays with a waterfall (except winter season months) behind you and comfy chairs. A sunset deck with lighting, table/seating and bbq overlooking a massive colorful sunset. And a larger mountain view deck with shade awning and larger bbq. And a fire-pit under the stars. Hit the sauna after a long day of work and some laps on the mountain or game of golf between. The area has seen a hatch in a harmless beetle. You probably will see a couple in the house, snuck in to get some warmth. They don't bite, or go to food, etc. They mostly just sit by the windows. House is clean, but you might see a bug that came out of the woods. Should have this figured out by summer, sealing every crack this spring. Guest access Parking inside private driveway. Do Not park on road, as you will most likely block a neighbors driveway. Please, and thank you. Anywhere in driveway is fine as long as cars can get in and out, as well as delivery and emergency vehicles. If you stay left when looking at the house, you should be all good. If you plan on charging an electric car, please disclose. The farthest left (if looking at the house) garage port, has an outlet and designated spot. A small fee may be requested if staying at a discounted rate. (ie weekly, monthly, non-peak) Other things to note Bring national park pass or PNW forest pass for parking at trailheads. We are overlooking Mt Hood Resort. They have a world class golf course and spa. There are multiple cameras outside on the driveway, garage, yard and backyard. Inside is private, but outside spaces are recorded. We do not check it unless there is an issue. If there is an issue the cameras help all parties involved
