The space Casa da Ria Formosa is located in the Ria Formosa Natural Park, a refurbished riverside area with walking paths and small bird observatories. A 15-minute walk from the City Center and 15 from the Historic Center of Faro (Cidade Velha), makes its location a truly magical space. Surrounded by a small cluster of family houses in a fishing community, here you will find the special flavor of grilled fish in one of the famous restaurants in Faro - Peixe Assado (Moinhos do Grelha) with 4 stars on Tripadvisor. A few minutes away from this housing complex, you have the Forum Algarve Shopping Center, classified as one of the largest in the region, as well as hypermarkets, cinemas and theatres. A few minutes from the train and bus station, it allows easy access to them. The Ferry to the famous islands (Farol, Armona, Deserta and Culatra, true paradises to visit) is 20 minutes away (walking). As for the house, it is a simple space, very cozy and filled with the essentials for a comfortable stay. It is spread over two floors and on the ground floor we have the living room with kitchenette, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, you will find two single beds in an open space, a bathroom and a terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view over the Ria Formosa. ABOUT THE HOUSE 1 - For your check-in, an access code will be created to enter the house. This code will only be valid for your stay and is unique to it, ending at 11:00 am on the day of your check-out. 2- The house has an induction hob and its own pots and pans for this type of hob (be careful because it heats up extremely fast). In the drawer under the dishwasher, they find a toaster and a kettle. There is also an espresso machine with Delta capsules. 3- The house also has a small dishwasher and microwave. In the bathroom on the ground floor there is a washing machine. 4 - There is an instruction book in the house for the use of all equipment. FERRY TO THE ISLANDS 1 - To take the ferry to the islands (Deserta, Farol, Culatra and Praia de Faro) you will have to go to the Portas do Mar pier (20 min walk from Casa da Ria) BEACH OF FARO Faro beach is the closest beach at 7.5 km away from Faro (10 minutes by car) and is towards the airport.
