A cozy, comfortable and bright apartment in a modern style. Two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms. The ceilings are 4 meters high, very clean. Good location of the house. City center. A flat place, close to the sea (5 minutes walk), shops, the best restaurants, cafes, parks. A comfortable apartment for a family with children, a group of friends/colleagues. We're new to Airbnb, but we already have a good experience and great reviews. We try to think everything through to the smallest detail to make guests feel at home. The space The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: dishes for cooking and serving, electric kettle, large fridge, stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine with dryer, two TVs, iron, ironing board, hairdryer. Snow-white bed linen, soft slippers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, hygiene products. Air conditioner in every room. Two isolated bedrooms; one with a large double bed, the second with two single beds, each bedroom with wardrobes and air conditioners, two bathrooms. One with a bathtub, the second with a washing machine with a dryer, a separate ironing area. The living room has a large comfortable fold-out sofa. Suitable for 4 people +2 extra beds on a fold-out sofa. Guests thank us for the cleanliness, attention and care, as well as the availability of everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Guest access The windows of the apartment overlook Kurortny Prospekt. It is not suitable for those who love silence. But despite this, we have many regular guests and these are families with children. From the windows you can see trees, palm trees and a historic building across the street. The apartment is on the second floor. You can take the elevator and the stairs. In summer, we additionally provide beach towels, swimming circles. Other things to note The entire apartment is at the disposal of the guests. The apartment is on the second floor, there is no private balcony, but there is a balcony next to the corridor on the common area.
