Nice apartment located in the green zone of the historical center of Venice, near Biennale, just a 20 minutes walk from S. Marco Square and 5 from Lido of Venice No high tide The space The apartment is constituted by: entrance-hall, double bedroom, kitchen, bath with shower, courtyard. The typical setup is for two people, but it is possible to add a third bed in the room and to use the couch-bed situated in the kitchen, to add an extra place. Independent heating, fully-equipped kitchen, Tv and Tv Sat, washing-machine. Change laundry to the arrival; for superior stays a week a second change of linen will be furnished. The apartment is situated on the island of S.Elena, a green area of Venice, which is extremely calm because it is a long way from the tourist-flow, being situated to the east of the centre. The island is connected to the historical centre, of which it is a part, by two small bridges, so that it is possible to get around without using public transport, reaching St. Mark’s in about 20 minutes walking along the side of the lagoon: a beautiful walk. Guest access The apartment is provided with all the accessories of use: towels, bed linen, crockery and linen tablecloths, oven, fridge, microwave, Tv and satellite Tv, autonomous heating, air conditioner. Other things to note S. Elena is a small island sufficiently equipped: a few meters from the apartment you will find two bars with pizzeria, a grocery store, a greengrocers, two tobacconists, two restaurants ("da Pampo" and "Al Diporto"), a pharmacy, a post office.
