Four dedicated off-street parking spots and a wildflower garden greet you as you arrive. Stepping inside you'll be immersed in comfort with updated modern amenities and a unique experience of Kalamazoo themed rooms! Fast WiFi, 55" smart TV, serene fully-fenced backyard with calming mature trees and private deck for 6 people. The space We pride ourselves on the established butterfly garden that looks and smells amazing in the warmer months, and the native birds it supports throughout the winter. Guest access Our duplex property has two units separated by a wall down the center. What makes it so great is the garage makes up most of the wall so you’re unlikely to hear much of anything from the other side! Even better is the bedrooms are on the farthest outside wall so when going to bed you’ll only hear the birds, if you choose to open a window that is! Along with your two private bedrooms, you have your own full bathroom, private kitchen, your own private dining space and your own private living room with TV. The laundry room is shared but only when the host may need to access the utilities/internet/etc. You may hear me open the door on my side but you won’t even see me if you keep your (lockable) door closed. Other things to note While the property has a fairly large driveway we ask you do keep all cars to the right/north side of the centerline that runs down it. And not pull closer than 5ft to the garage door. Thanks!
