Other things to note HOT TUB Please note that there is an additional £180 charge for hot tub use. This fee covers the costs of emptying, refilling, and preparing the tub for your stay. Unfortunately, due to the significant rise in electricity prices, this charge has become necessary. If you would like to use the hot tub, kindly let me know in advance, and I will add the charge to your Airbnb booking two weeks before your arrival. Thank you for your understanding! PLEASE NOTE At the front of the property, we offer a self-contained annex that accommodates up to two guests. This annex features its own private garden and decking area, complete with a sauna.
