Secluded Cottage in Walmer, Deal

Come and relax in our secluded end of terrace, period cottage in Walmer, Deal. The house has 1 double bedroom, a living room, an open plan kitchen/ dining area, and newly refurbished bathroom, and a large, peaceful garden. We have tastefully redecorated and updated our little house to make it super cosy and welcoming to our guests. The house is 15 minutes walk from the seafront and 5 minutes drive into central Deal. Within easy reach of Dover, Sandwich and Deal. The space The house is an end of terrace cottage set back from the main road on a quiet, unmade road. It really does feel like you are in the countryside! Originally built for workers at the Thompson's Brewery, the house benefits from period features that have been restored with a modern twist. We are huge music and travel fans so you will find a running theme of quirky gig posters, photos and artworks that reflect this throughout the house! Reception rooms: Our living room looks out onto a neighbouring garden and is very peaceful. This leads through to the dining and kitchen area, equipped with dining table and the bathroom is reached from the dining room. The bathroom has been recently refurbished and has a shower over the bath. We have a small kitchen equipped with everything you need: electric oven and hob, fridge (with small freezer compartment), washing machine, tea and coffee making facilities etc. The garden is also reached via the kitchen where you will find a patio with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying summer evenings. Upstairs you will find the bedroom which also enjoys views over the neighbouring garden and is light and airy. There is a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe for you to use during your stay. there is a second bedroom which is our children's room, which will be shut and used for storage during your stay. Other things to note Please note that there is free, on - street parking 2 mins walk away on Station road. our road is very narrow and there is not parking at the property, please don't attempt to drive down the road.
