Easy to get in and out. No elevators to carry up heavy stuff. Open the door & walk to the left and you are at the large pool and no drive beach. Enjoy the warm weather. The bed is supper comfy, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. We love how convenient is it to everything Daytona Beach has to offer. Please beware that this unit is not ocean front and does not have a balcony. The building is ocean front. Guest access The entire condo is for the guest. Other things to note Please note that there are 3 buildings in this complex. North, East & South. My unit is in the North building. Currently the East building is under renovations as a result the pool and beach access through the East building is not open. To access the beach guest will have to walk around the North building. Currently the pool is closed until April of 2023. The unit itself is was recently upgraded. Very clean and comfy.
