The space the place has everything you need for a comfortable stay by the sea! - bedroom has a queen bed with extra sheets and bedding, french doors open to an outdoor (non-smoking) patio with market lights for al fresco dining. - Full size pull our couch in the living room for the occasional guest - kitchen: microwave, toaster, coffee machine, new full size fridge/freezer, dishes silverware, cooking sets, blender for the sunrise smoothie etc - bathroom: towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash - office: standing desk, tv, storage, and hanging macrame chair, yoga mat etc. everything you need for work/life balance, - additional amenities: heater, iron, extra bedding, beach towels, large tv with hbo, netflix., etc includes outdoor foot shower for getting the sand off your toes! Guest access Guests have complete access to the downstairs unit in the building. Laundry is located in the back of the unit and shared with the tenants upstairs.
