The main entrance opens into a high ceiling living room with two sofas, Jotul fireplace and smart TV, an archway takes you to the dining area which can seat up to four persons and the modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need for your self-catering holiday, electric hob and oven, microwave and fridge freezer. The side door of the kitchen leads out onto the other street. Upstairs on the first floor, you will find a double bedroom with a double bed, smart TV, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Also a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and large bath. The stairway then takes you up to the second floor where you will find an open plan room with double bed and en suite toilet and sink. Opposite this room stairs lead you to the pretty outside terrace area with a table and chairs where you enjoy morning coffee or a glass of Mallorcan wine. You will also find the laundry/utility area up here. An ideal place for a couple or a small family. The house is equipped with Wifi, two way Air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living area and you can access your streaming service such as Netflix, Amazon, You tube etc. from the smart TV's. There are numerous cafes and restaurants just around the corner to sit out and enjoy the Balearic sunshine and to have a coffee and ensaimada! (mallorcan pastry). On the main square you will find local cafes and bars with tapas, some fine dining restaurants too, take a seat and enjoy the mediterranean lifestyle!
