Through the large side gate its easy flat access through the courtyard to your door. Key lock entry and climb the stairs to your private suite. *If you're needing more room for extra travellers, we have an adjoining space on the ground floor with full kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, huge TV with quality queen sofa bed. This is seperate to your booking and price on enquiry. Back upstairs... Located on this upper level, the open plan bedroom/living/dining open out to a small private deck with ocean views. Here the outdoor breakfast bar is perfect for coffee and sunrises, or a relaxing sip watching the moon rise. BBQ cooking is near your main entrance with large built-in burners and completes the outdoor dining vibe. The kitchenette is easy living with microwave, fridge, induction cooktop, & dishwasher for easy clean up. A smart TV is wall mounted with a swing arm for cosy viewing in bed or watch the game from the deck, while all your tunes are easily connected to the integrated sound system. With beautiful natural light, it's a calming space overlooking leafy greens, rooftops to the sea. All windows have block out blinds. With lovely linen sheers & automated blinds on the large doors, you can lay in bed and see the sun rise at the click of a button! The backyard below is private so storing surfboards etc. is secure, & even better to easily rinse off under the hot water outdoor shower. Guest access Entry is easy through a private side gate, down to the self-contained suite. We do live on the property, however, aim to make your stay as private as possible so you can come & go as you please. We use privacy screens on the house and we mainly ask that you close the gate at ALL times... for your security also. During your stay, you will have the allocated space to yourself, so please make yourself at home. Other things to note STRICT NO PARTY, NO smoking/vaping. This will result in the booking being terminated. Please read & respect the house rules. We are located in a friendly neighbourhood & have neighbours at the rear & sides of our property who appreciate their quiet lifestyle. Therefore we cannot tolerate parties or extra people staying unannounced. Before your arrival, we will share further information of how to access and information on certain appliances.
