Serene Garden Cottage: Walk to downtown WillowGlen

This Willow Glen cottage is the perfect spot for professionals visiting for work, or visiting family members. Our guests especially enjoy the open layout of the room and garden. The space Welcome! A private cottage in the heart of Silicon Valley awaits your arrival! This clean, charming and beautifully furnished cottage has a private entrance, a patio area and plenty of open space inside and out. Inside, it's light and bright, complete with high ceilings and sky lights with built-in sunshades that can open or close with a touch of a button. The cottage sleeps 2-3 and is suitable for a professional, couple, or small family. The queen bed is comfortable. The couch turns into a second - and very comfortable- queen bed. All bedding and towels are kept to a high standard. The kitchenette area offers basic cooking necessities, and the kitchen appliances include a full sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. Note that there is not a kitchen sink, so we supply you with paper plates for those who prefer not to rinse dishes in the bathroom sink. There's also a desk for you to get some work or studying done. With an internet speed of 1000Mbps. The bathroom is clean and spacious, with a full-size bath (soaking tub) and ample counter space and storage. You’ll love the weather, vibe, and location of this charming community known as Willow Glen. Walk a couple blocks for Pete's Coffee, great pizza (Willow Street Grill), Jamba Juice (smoothies) and more (Thai, Indian, Japanese, Italian, etc). Within about 7 minutes by car, you’ll be in downtown San Jose or at the doorstep of several popular companies (IBM, eBay, Meta, Adobe and more ). Are you a shopper or foodie? High-end shops (Louis Vuitton, Nordstroms, Lulu Lemon, H&M, etc) and dining (Including steak houses and live music at El Jardin Tequila Bar) can be found at Santana Row / Valley Fair Mall. You can get there by car in 10 minutes or by cab for ~$10. Other nearby facilities are San Jose State (8 minutes by car), the new 49er stadium (10 minutes away) and the San Jose Airport (~$15-25 cab fare or 15 minutes away). You can also drive to San Francisco directly in about 1 hour, or take the CalTrain to downtown San Francisco from downtown San Jose. We hope you'll relax, unwind, and enjoy the warm weather in this spacious retreat in the heart of the San Francisco Peninsula! Guest access Guests will have access to a private cottage and a nicely landscaped yard, which surrounds the garden. Guests have a private gate to use as their entrance and their own key to the cottage. Available to you is a dedicated parking spot for one small-mid-sized car to park in the shared-driveway. Please pull forward and park on the left side of the parking area with enough room so that a second car can fit on the left and our neighbors can fit on the right (while facing the fence). The owner will be parking on the right side. Other things to note There are a few steps from the garden on to the front porch of the cottage, as well as a gravel path, so we don't recommend this cottage for those who have trouble navigating stairs or uneven ground. Please turn off A/C unit when leaving the cottage. If you have special check in time, we can be more flexible. In case you are running late for your check-in time, please let us know.
