Description
A dream house for unforgettable holidays! Villa Tranquillité will surprise you with its comfort and superb view of the Nantes to Brest canal, watching herons and cormorants share the fish with the fishermen. It is a spacious, mysterious house that will be perfect for families and children, or groups of friends. It has retained its authenticity and Belle Epoque style. Well heated, you will live there like princes for a few days. Let yourself be tempted!... The space This 1920s mansion has been open to guests since 2010 as a bed and breakfast. It therefore has all the amenities for a refined welcome. This atypical house is offered in its entirety for the holiday season. It can accommodate 10 people in double rooms with private bathrooms (5 bedrooms) and 4 people in an extra room. Depending on the desired comfort, it is possible to add 3 beds or extra beds, also for children. A large living room of 30 m2, a fully equipped kitchen to prepare festive meals. Comfortable rooms with nice linens, and you won't have to worry about their maintenance when you leave. You will find on site a rich library, board games, a piano and many music CDs to discover. In the large garden, the familiar peacocks will be happy to receive some treats, and the cats will be able to keep you company if they want to be adopted. The canal offers beautiful walks or bike rides with the "lock ladders": successions of locks that make it a remarkable structure. The Pays de Pontivy, a land of art and history, offers many guided tours and is full of local and artisanal products. The castles of Josselin and Pontivy are 20 minutes away. The small cities of character of Josselin, La Gacilly, Rochefort en Terre with its Christmas illuminations will delight you. The sea is not far away. South side: the Gulf of Morbihan and its islands, the coast of the megaliths of Carnac, La Trinité sur Mer and its catamarans, the wild coast of Quiberon; north side: Erquy, Cap Fréhel, Fort Lalatte, and a little further, the Côte de Granit Rose or Saint-Malo. What a stroll, pure happiness! Registration Details 482309291 00037
