Beautiful old building apartment in prime location

The apartment is located in the beautiful west of Stuttgart on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. The city and the countryside are not far away on foot or by public transport. The space The apartment is very spacious. Next to the entrance area with dining table there is a cozy living room where you can stay and of course the bedroom. The apartment also offers a balcony to enjoy the sun. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower. There is also an additional toilet separate from the bathroom. Guest access All specified rooms can be used. My roommate has two other rooms in the apartment that are not available. During your stay I will not be there during your visit, but I will be available by phone or email. My roommate will be in the apartment and happy to answer questions. Other things to note If you come by car, you should be patient when looking for a parking space depending on the time of day.
