The supermarket is under the condo by PATH. - Fast and reliable Rogers/Fido Free wifi. Good for work/study from home & Zoom meeting. The space 1 Queen-sized bed. 1 double sofa bed (available for registered 3rd guest). Full kitchen & bathroom. A washer and dryer are available in the unit. Completely private space. The entire unit is yours to enjoy. There isn't any other tenant. Please note that no compensation will be provided if the building gym or pool is closed for any duration by management for any reason. Guest access - Deliveries from restaurants, grocery, meal plans permitted. - Microwave, oven, dishwasher, basic kitchen equipment stocked. - Coffee, tea, towel, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, detergent provided. - Fresh bath towels and bedding provided. Other things to note Parties and gatherings at Airbnb houses are illegal under the City of Toronto bylaw and banned by Airbnb's global anti-party policy. No special events, commercial activities, photoshoots, video making, or outside guests are allowed. Anyone who is not a confirmed guest entering the condo for any reason is considered a part of a social gathering (if you have immediate family who needs to visit, please inform me before booking). There are surveillance cameras in the public hallways right outside the condo (no recording devices inside your unit). There is decibel alarm equipment (noise-aware, can only be triggered by large-scale parties). Social gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited within the condo. Should such an event occur, it will be detected. In that case, we will call the police, remove you from the condo immediately, and pursue legal action against you for any breach of contract, disturbance, or damages. Your entire booking fee and security deposit will be forfeited in case of such a violation. This condo is only to be used for lodging purposes. I sincerely hope this policy will also bring comfort and peace of mind to all my guests, knowing I host Airbnb responsibly. It is for our mutual safety. We welcome respectful guests who appreciate a clean, quiet, and well-located space. We also observe Airbnb's new pilot program in Toronto that requires guests to be 25+ to book entire homes. We will regrettably not be able to host your stay if your group is mostly under 25. This is a residential condo with mostly long-term residents. Noise should be kept to a minimum at all times.
