Pet friendly - 3 min walk to Jan Juc beach lookout and shops. Very spacious with two living areas, four bedrooms - three with a double bed, one with queen bed. Downstairs is the kitchen/living that flows onto the big back deck and onto the big back yard. Upstairs has second living area, bedrooms and decking, and has a split-system heating and cooling. A large comfortable house in a great location close to everything - beach, cafe, pub, park, bike, bike tracks. The space The house has warmth and character and is in a great position - an easy walk to beaches, park, bike tracks, local cafe (Swell), the Jan Juc pub and also Bird Rock bar/restaurant. It's on a quiet street, but still very close to the main attractions. It's a great house in a great location. Four bedrooms, two living spaces, two full bathrooms, work office space, big fenced yard, large east facing back deck, and west facing upstairs balcony. The bedrooms are good sized with comfortable beds (three with doubles, one with queen). Upstairs lounge has TV with DVD player, couch, a 4-seater dining table, and split system heating/cooling. Upstairs also has a great west facing deck with lovely seating area that catches all the afternoon sun. Downstairs kitchen/living is open and airy and has a lovely atmosphere with hardwood floors, painted pine lining boards, modern kitchen, and lots of character. The house has two full bathrooms - one upstairs and one downstairs. It has a large yard front and back and a great deck that gets all the morning sun and there's also a hot water outdoor shower. The house is Pet Friendly, but we request that if pets are inside that they remain downstairs. The yard is large and connects between front, back and side. The front fence is chest high and the front gates close if needing to secure pets. Please ensure dogs (or other pets) do not dig up the garden. And of course, please ensure you pick up after your delightful animals. Guest access Whole house and grounds are yours to use. There is a garage on the property which will be locked and not accessible. Please be respectful to all items in the property.
